The external communication is one of the aspects that connote the organizational communication and is normally used for direct dialogue between all the external interlocutors, the partners or more generally towards all potential users by way of mass communications.

The external communication contributes in building the perception of the quality of the activity realised.

The partners have opted for a model of external communications that has as its communicative objective that of carrying out the actions of sensitization or mass information. For this we have use instruments which allow a broad diffusion of the message and when possible other means and models specific to the instruments of mass communication.

The external communication has been used for:

- presenting the project and promoting the project musical events and the proposed work experiences, as well as the EC Culture Programme;

- facilitating access to the project outputs, such as publications, the web space and the CDs and DVDs produced;

- to enlarge the existing interconnections  between the baroque music scores of the three countries involved;

- to emphasize the contribution of the culture of the three countries and the expression of the cultural diversity;

- favouring the process of intercultural development;

- carrying out actions of sensitization of those who live in the three countries, in particular the young, to the importance of developing an active and open European citizenship, respectful of the diversity of cultures and founded on the common values of the EU;

- stimulate the interest of other European countries.

Among the instruments of external communication used, there are:

- An initial conference for the presentation of the project;

- Musical events, with reference to the sacred and profane baroque music;

- Press conferences, to promote the events and activities proposed by the partners;

- Video and audio recordings, to record the events, to insert in the web side and to diffuse in CDs;

- Web space dedicated to the project, that offers an organized system and an integrated interface for the external and internal users in order to offer information, services and news, in particular about dates and venues of the events organized, their programmes, the description of performances and artists, etc. and that favours the virtual mobility of artists and the possibility to exhibit and to distribute their works in a rapid and efficient way;

- Leaflets and posters, in order to make these events known to a greater number of people;

- Articles on newspaper to present the project and to promote the events;

- CDs of concerts and the recording of inedited baroque music proposed in the concerts (works that up until today have not been available in the record market);

- DVDs of concerts.
